Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective 16 October 2026

This policy applies to every course, bundle, membership and live class sold on SNOWL, the learning platform of CIMAS (Chikara Institute of Medicine and Allied Sciences), by Ekaayi Healthcare Private Limited (GSTIN 07AAICE1964G1ZL, Delhi, India). Everything we sell is digital content that is delivered immediately, so refunds are limited to the cases below. All amounts include GST at 18%.

1. One-time courses and bundles

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 10% of the course content, have not attempted any quiz or test, and no certificate has been issued.
• After 7 days, or once more than 10% of the content has been accessed, the purchase is not refundable.
• For a bundle, the 10% threshold applies to the bundle as a whole.

2. Memberships (subscriptions)

• Monthly plans are not refundable once the month has started. Cancel renewal from your account at any time and access continues until the end of the paid month.
• Quarterly and annual plans can be cancelled within 7 days of the first payment for a full refund if less than 10% of the membership content has been accessed. After that, you may stop future renewals but the current period is not refunded.
• Renewal charges are not refundable, because renewal notices are sent before each charge and renewal can be switched off at any time. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, write to us within 48 hours of the charge and we will review it.
• If a teacher withdraws content you subscribed for and no equivalent replacement is offered, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

3. Live classes, mentoring and webinars

• A live session can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before it starts.
• If we cancel or reschedule a session and the new time does not suit you, you receive a full refund.
• No refund is due once a session has begun or a recording has been provided.

4. Always refunded

• Duplicate payments for the same product.
• Payments debited where access was never granted because of a technical failure on our side, if we cannot restore access within 3 working days.

5. Not refundable

• Change of mind after the windows above, dissatisfaction with an examination result, or inability to use the Platform because of your own device or internet connection.
• Internet handling or payment-gateway fees shown at checkout, which are retained by the gateway.
• Accounts suspended for sharing credentials, recording or redistributing content, or other breaches of the Terms of Use.

6. How to request a refund

1. Email helpcimas@gmail.com from your registered email address, or call +91 8920808926, with your name, the product and the order or invoice number (invoices are numbered CIMAS-xxxx).
2. We acknowledge within 2 working days and decide within 7 working days.
3. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval, depending on your bank. A credit note is issued against the original GST invoice.
